Vendor Opportunities

The City of Midland, in partnership with the Midland Downtown Park Conservancy's Centennial Park, is excited to host The Market at Midland's Merry Lights on Tuesday, December 2, 2025, at 5:30 PM.

We will have limited vendor spaces available, including tent spaces, street vendors, and food trucks, with an expected attendance of 6,000. This event is a fantastic opportunity to showcase your business and products to the community.

Interested vendors should review the information and complete the application to secure a spot.

Event Details

Event Date: December 2, 2025 | Time: 5:30pm - 8:30pm

Application Deadline: September 30, 2025 at 5:00pm

• Food Trucks will be located on Texas Ave. and must be self-contained and detached from a vehicle.
• Park Vendors will be located inside the park on the North and South Promenades. Each space will include a 10'x10' tent.
• Street Vendors will be located on Wall St. and must provide all items necessary for set-up (tent, power, etc.). The space size is limited to 10'x10'.

Cost:

• Food Trucks $75
• Park Vendors $55
• Street Vendors $40
• The non-refundable vendor fee is due by Friday, October 24, 2025.

Christmas Parade

Want to participate in this year's Christmas parade? We welcome community groups, schools, and local businesses to join the parade by submitting an application!

• Route: along A street, with many attractions being at Wadley-Barron Park (Duckpond)
