Sponsor Midland's Merry Lights

Help light up Midland this holiday season! Sponsoring Midland's Merry Lights supports the light installations, entertainment, and operations that keep this event free for the community — and puts your business in front of crowds every night of the season, including the more than 10,000 people who attend the Tree Lighting Ceremony and Christmas Market.

Sponsorship Deadline: 5:00 PM on October 2, 2026

How to Sponsor

1. Download and complete the 2026 Sponsorship Commitment Form (PDF) (opens in a new window), selecting your sponsorship level.
2. Email the completed form to MML@midlandtexas.gov by 5:00 PM on October 2, 2026 to meet print and logistics deadlines.
3. Include a high-resolution version of your company or organization logo as a vector file with no background.

Sponsorship Levels

Every level includes recognition on the Midland's Merry Lights and City of Midland websites and social media. Full benefits for each level are detailed in the commitment form.

• Northern Star Sponsor: $275,000 — title naming sponsor, limited to one sponsor
• Winter Wonderland Sponsor: $100,000
• Snowflake Sponsor: $50,000
• Jingle Bell Sponsor: $25,000
• Hot Chocolate Sponsor: $10,000 — sold out for 2026
• Elf Sponsor: $5,000

Custom and in-kind sponsorships are welcome as well. If your support doesn't fit one of the levels above, we're happy to tailor a package — the title naming opportunity is the only exception, as it stays exclusive to a single Northern Star Sponsor.
